"Family all live in different states so TN/KY was a great mid- way point for all of us. We fell in love with the Yellow House immediately on-line but seeing it in person was so much better. Huge rooms, great yard and convenient to many fun places for the day. Kevin went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything the house included, especially the Christmas decor. Would love to return. Thanks from all of us for a great Christmas."

"Room was very nice and clean, looked great! I use to work construction out on the road and have stayed in many many motels, and most of them was rat holes! Haven't stayed in a motel in 20 years and this was a surprise! If only we had rooms this nice and clean back then!!! The only 2 things I can complain about is the bed comforter, pretty thin and wasnt keeping you very warm if your spouse likes the a/c on high all night lol. The other pillows, only had 2 small pillows, not enough if both yall...

The studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet…it was exactly what my wife and I were looking for.This location is also great if you want to visit Nashville without having to deal with Nashville traffic and prices.The property owners are very friendly and invested in making sure their guests enjoy their stay. I would recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a weekend away from the regular grind…and this is the first place...

"Our family (5 including 3 teenagers) really enjoyed our three night stay on the property. The property was very clean on arrival. Communication was easy and prompt with the property owner. They were even able to accommodate an early arrival. Our youngest enjoyed fishing in the stocked pond and the two oldest spent many hours mastering their pool skills. The property had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time. We would be happy to stay in this property if we were ever back in on Tennessee...

"This was our first trip staying in a RV, and the kids had a great time. The driveway is nice and long so we would let the kids out to run the driveway back to the camper they thought that was great. One of the nights the Fire Flies were all around, and our oldest was so happy he was running around trying to catch them. A great memory."
