Next door to a marijuana dispensary. Fine overall but the pool was too cold for my kid to want to go into, dining options were pretty limited, and not a great deal compared to hotels actually in Portland. Would pass in the future.

A nice property ruined by horrendous WiFi. During my three night stay I couldn’t ever watch more than a minute of video before it froze. This wasn’t simply a case of the network being busy. It was consistently poor — slow and constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. It would have better it didn’t work at all because then I wouldn’t have been tempted to keep trying to use it and getting frustrated. In the end, I just ended up watching TV and gave up. Maybe my room was just a dead spot, as front desk seem surprised when I complained.

Rooms and property look recently renovated. Our suite was "huge" and had everything. We really liked the complimentary beverage and snack in the evening plus buffet breakfast. Pool was great too!

Central elevator was under repair, I’m sure the situation will be remedied quickly. One of our group had mobility issues to it was an inconvenience, there are was another elevator in the lobby we utilized instead. Great handicap parking with several zones of easy access to rooms. Food on-site was great because we could order ahead and I could go pickup when he didn’t feel like going out for dinner. Great staff as well, everyone was friendly.

My 2nd time staying at the Oxford Suites Portland and I love it there. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, well equipped with microwave, mini-fridge, etc. The beds are comfy and they don't skimp on pillows like some other places. The complimentary breakfast bar is no joke (there's even and omlette bar), but I wish they had a few more plant-based options. It would be awesome if you could get a Just Egg (or similar) omlette and a Beyond breakfast sausage.

Ana, Sara. And all the other front desk staff are amazing! Love staying at this hotel. The only thing i would like to see is bacon for breakfast. I was here monday thur friday and no bacon. Very disappointed. It was sausage everyday which I can't eat.

Check in and out was smoothe. Room was spacious. Our first issue was the fire alarm that went off as we were getting ready in the morning requiring evacuation. Then arriving at the free breakfast 45 minutes before it was scheduled to close and having nothing to choose from, coffee but no creamer and empty juice dispensers. We returned late in the evening and my wife tried entering the lobby but didnt have her key card. The guy working the front desk just looked at her and went back to what he was doing. We won’t be staying there again.

Our stay was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was great, free parking and comfy beds. The location was excellent, we were a 5 min drive from many stores and very close to the freeway entrance but still nice and quiet.

Noisy air conditioner, broken elevator, broken ice machine, power out for several hours, staff argued with me when I asked for my room to be cleaned and said they were too busy with checkouts to do that for me. On the plus side, several staff were friendly and greeted me by name. Breakfast area was absolutely trashed and no one seemed interested in cleaning it up. Also most of the food and breakfast supplies were depleted and not refilled.

They were really friendly I like the food they had in the hotel everything was clean they had good customer service not rude at all. The suite was clean and modern I will stay there again next time I come.

Beautifully renovated! Super clean. Breakfast was really great with made to order omelette station! happy hour cocktails were just a cherry on top. 11min to downtown. Free self parking. Pool was chilly, but hot tub and sauna were great.

Included breakfast was top notch - many hot options, including made-to-order omelettes, bar/eating area was very clean. Room was also very clean, high quality toiletries in dispenser bottles in the bathroom (thank you for limiting plastic waste). Given the proximity of the bridge I would have expected lots of road noise but it was very quiet. Would definitely stay again. I did overhear staff working with a guest whose car had been broken into overnight (apparently window smash & grab on a rental). I'm not sure what tempting item had been left in plain sight, but the staff was very professional working with the impacted guest.
