  • Oregon Jade Lodging:
    Lower level guest apartments. West Linn is the top two most favorable residential areas in Oregon. The guest units is newly remolded, in the beautiful, friendly and upscale neighborhood by a stream. Tesla charger available after 10pm with prior arrangements.
    Guests have private entrance, private deck facing back yard with full grown trees and separate outdoor sitting area. Living room sofa bed can accommodate 1 guest. Large dinning table for 6 guest, Family room has sofa and chair for chill. Two bedrooms each has 1 queen bed, Designated desk for work.
    Enjoy the beautiful environment but close to town- only 20 minutes from downtown Portland and 5 minutes from freeway down north or south Oregon. No full kitchen.
    City of West Linn only allows short term rental to be legal when owners live onsite. So we live upstairs. 12% city and county tax will be collected separately after the booking is confirmed since VRBO is not able to charge you.
    Due to insurance and safety issue, we can’t accept unpaid guest for gathering. Quiet time is 11pm-7am
