Was okay for the most part. Just needed a place to sleep for the night. Make sure if you book the microwave and fridge option that your okay with possibly not getting one if there overbooked even though you paid that rate to get one. Was just told sorry were upgrading when i mentioned it at check out. Also wasnt given the wifi password. Booked this one again because of my previous experience being pretty good. Not sure if i will book this one again.
The parking lot felt unsafe but the staff and room were excellent!

We've stayed here before - two Motel 6s across the street from each other. What I like is the fabulous jog a ways down Lower Boone's Ferry. Other than that, you know, a Motel 6 is a Motel 6.

the ease of checking in and out is amazing. convenient and centrally located near my job, places to shop and enjoy a nice evening with friends.

Quiet location and cleanliness was great. I tried to do laundry and I got my things washed but one of the dryers wasn't working and the one that did it wouldn't let me choose the option on the one that was working. It takes card but it kept saying it declined so I needed to get coins from the office. Otherwise our stay was good for a great price.

We don’t love motel 6 but we have three small dogs and when traveling, they are usually the easiest chain to go to since they are per friendly and never had limits on how many dogs you can bring. This time I had a pre-paid reservation and I was denied check in, front desk agent was asking my husband to book as second room so we could check in with the three dogs. When you have half naked junkies outside the motel, three small dogs should be the least of their worries. Then the front desk agent wouldn’t cancel the reservation for me and told me to call Expedia myself.

Front desk staff pm and am had a smile on their face, very helpful and kind.
As far as the room, the bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on (as far as budget hotels/inns/motels).

Nothing unique about this motel other than it is an easy off and on to the I-5 North and South. Had to change rooms because sheets were stained and coverlet dirty. Bathroom was also not cleaned well. Night desk person was accommodating but told me if the new room wasn’t to my liking, they would not be able to change my room again.

The towels and rags in my room had been used already. The shower had a huge amount of someone else’s hair (so it wasn’t like they missed cleaning a hair). The floor had not been mopped by a clean mop, or mopped in a while- sticky, grimey. I got in very late and out very early. I should’ve said something but I didn’t. However, it was clear that the housekeeper deliberately didn’t finish the basics of the room turnover. Never be back.

Bear and ron were outstanding had no problem getting me a clean room, as I was an early checkin. They were both very cordial, and professional i highly recommend this motel not only for the price, also for the hospitallity

Our property does have select rooms that have fridge and microwaves , upon making your reservation through the third party, if it was for our standard room with no fridge or microwave that would be why you didn't have one. You can double check with front desk to confirm the room type you requested . if not to your liking we can upgrade you to our rooms with the fridge and microwave with the upgrade charge. if it is pre paid through a third party then unfortunately we wont be able to switch room type.

My hotel room had the best TV picture and good TV stations out of the last dozen hotels I have stayed at. TV is not super important to me, but it’s super annoying watching tv with a Low quality picture. Hotel seems to be in a safe neighborhood, room is clean, everything works, no complaints.

Cigarette and marijuana smoke everywhere at motel. I asked for a room with no smoke smell and from the moment I arrived until I checked out the next morning my room was full of the smell of smoke from nearby rooms and people smoking outside. Thin blanket on bed with nothing else provided, bizarre woman checked me in full of stories from her personal life. Loud neighbors. Worst experience ever.
