Great place for two couples.

We stayed with friends and loved it. Clean, cute and comfortable for four people. Would highly recommend and will look to stay there again if going to convention center or to see a concert.

Great Stay

We loved walking around the gorgeous neighborhood. We also noticed everyone else in the area enjoyed doing the same thing as there were several people walking around, mostly with dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Portland

We loved our stay in Portland at this delightful apartment. The hosts were remarkably responsive and kind, and made our stay comfortable and happy. The apartment is tastefully appointed (with great art work), and we couldn't have been more pleased. Would highly recommend it. (Location is fantastic as well, close to restaurants and shopping.)

We arrived at 1 in the morning in a weeknight. The owner was very thorough with directions on where to park and the codes needed to get inside. The place was clean and looking just like the pictures. They provided descriptions of the area and to-do’s. We had a wonderful time; Was just the break we needed.

Perfect Spot

We really loved the neighborhood, with great spots to walk to. Steeplejack is a stone's throw away, a long with other great locations along Broadway. The unit itself is very nice, on the ground floor and we'll taken care of. Our family of 4 with littles under 4 had a great time. We had a little trouble with check-in using the multiple code sequence, but Jody was available right away and helped us get in in no time. We would love to stay here again!

Girls night in the city

This home is warm, welcoming and always clean and cozy. Stayed here pre-CoVid and for the first time in 3-4 years had an opportunity to return. A short Uber drive into downtown for dinner and show knowing we had a beautiful comfy flat the return to. Thank you Jody for your kindness and hospitality 💕

The apartment was very nice, good kitchen dining and living rooms. The beds are hard and the dryer is in a creepy basement, but overall it was good. The outside is patched and in need of work which created a bad first impression, but the inside is really nice and it is in a good location.

Thanksgiving 2024

This was our second Thanksgiving at Mediterranean Villa. It is perfect. The home is open and roomy in the living room/dining/kitchen area. Makes it easy to live in and to cook/relax in. The location is great, we enjoy walks and the ease of movement to other Portland locations. The owners are very responsive, I hope we con do it again!

Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Good beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice light. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. It was the perfect place for us! We were in town for a family event, but had to work remotely the day before and after, and the layout of the place, plus excellent Wi-Fi, made it possible for three of us to work those two days from the apartment. Jody was very responsive and accommodating. Most definitely will choose to stay here again.

Lovely Portland apartment

Very nice apartment. Immaculate, spacious, well furnished, well lit, with dedicated off-street parking. Very good working kitchen. The apartment would benefit from an additional mirror as the only mirror is the one above the sink in the bathroom. Quiet, safe residential neighborhood, with relatively good access to Portland's excellent mass transit network. We enjoyed dining out at Gado Gado (1 mile away) and Verde Cocina en La Perla (further afield but worth the trip). Many thanks to the responsive owners for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, excellent hosts!

The location is superb for proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, etc., and there's a very unique brew pub less than a block away! And despite all this, it was (astoundingly) completely quiet every night we were there. We were all in bed by 10 and yet we never had an issue with noise for our entire stay. Perfect! One note that is completely subjective - the mattresses here are quite firm. Some people prefer that, others don't. If you're the "princess and the pea" type, be aware that you may find them less than perfect. Otherwise, what a great property and a great location! Hosts provided a ton of options for dining, shopping, etc., and were always responsive. Highly recommended!
