At 4100 square foot, this house is a a stunning beast! Multi-level living, 2 kitchens, 5
bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms this house has all your need for your group. A Brunswick 8ft Pool table, 3 Indoor fireplaces, 2 patios with amazing view of Willamette Valley. Open kitchen with marble floors & granite counter, vaulted large living spaces. Cherry Hardwood floors throughout in the main living area a. Very fast wifi with excellent coverage. Prime location in between Lake Oswego and Oregon City.
The house can be completely separated into 2 units.
The main unit is a 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with high ceiling, kitchen, pool table,
dining room, and breakfast nook. ZERO STEPS ENTRY and a bedroom on the main level provides great accessibility. Kitchen, living room, dining room, a half bathroom, pool table room are all in this level. Going into upstairs, there's the master's room, and other two bedrooms. The master's bedroom has it is own patio, Roku TV, with 2 queen beds, walk-in closet. Bathroom is equipped with shower and tub. Bedroom#2 has a full size bed, and bedroom#3 has a full size bed. Bedroom#2 and #3 each has a door that
connected to the shared bathroom. The shared bathroom has a tub shower combo.
Washer and dryer is also on this level.
In the lower level, comes our second unit with it is own living room, kitchen, bedroom
and bathroom and separate entrance. Our garage is also in this level.
Unit 1 and unit 2 is connected via a stairway inside the house.

Quiet and spacious
This house was well situated close to the airport, shops, restaurants, hiking areas, and other places of interest. We took an hour and 45 minute drive to the coast to see some beautiful beach areas and visit the Tillamook Creamery. The house is spacious and has all the basic necessities. I gave only 4 stars on the cleanliness because we found the floors to be a bit dusty, but found the house to be clean otherwise. A previous guest had improperly disposed of coffee grounds in the sink disposal, which caused a clog in the disposal and dishwasher, but the owner had this issue fixed the day after being notified of the issue. We had a great stay and would recommend to any large parties traveling to the area.

Huge fun house!
This home was very large with plenty of rooms and beds! The neighborhood is quit and very nice. Plenty of good restaurants and stores nearby.
