The cottage was at a few minutes walk from the beach. It was clean and tidy with a vintage touch. We rented to work from the beach and the WIFI was good ans reliable to have Zoom ans Teams meetings. Also, it was pet friendly so we took our dog with us.

We loved our 5 days stay at the cottage. Only negative was the fact that the AC was on the living room and we needed to keep the bedroom door. Love the pet friendly area and the fact that in less than 2 minutes the kids were at the beach ;) super convenient with 2 under 6 .

The only bad thing here is that they are not accepting check in after 5pm. We booked with Expedia at 4pm and we weren’t able to check in the first night because Expedia shouldn’t be allow to book room there after 3pm. The place is great and is well located near the beach at 2 mins walk.

Office was closed when we arrived but they called to.let us know keys and paperwork would be in our cabin. Unit was clean and well stocked with bath items and cooking supplies. Very short walk to beach and far enough from pier where crowds weren't a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Great staff! Great stay!

We were 5 in a 2 bedroom cottage which had everything we needed. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The cottage was super clean and comfortable with the exception of the pull out bed. The other two beds were SUPER comfy. We would definitely come back.

We had a great time at Little Miss cottages. The bedroom was quite large, the pull out couch was comfortable. All the amenities were in working condition. Soaps, shampoos and towels were stocked. The grounds are very well maintained and it was a short walk to the beach. We could see the ocean from the cottage and hear the waves at night.

This is a great little cabin. We had 2 adults and 3 kids plus one dog. The cabin had 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette. Bathroom has a shower. We were seconds from the beach with an easy access. Grocery store was a couple of miles away. Downtown Old Orchard Beach was only mins away also. The person at the front office was very pleasant and helpful. We had a great visit here and can’t wait to return. Thank you.

I used to frequent these cottages when I was a child to young adulthood. Coming back to stay as a grown adult and seeing that not much has been updated since then was a bit disappointing. Especially since they’re charging thrice as much. I understand that you can’t beat the location being right in the beach. All the surfaces were dirty from the dresser drawers to the shelves and closet. Webs and spiders everywhere. The air conditioner sounded like it had a broken muffler. There is a dead deer head mounted on the outside porch wall clearly absorbing all the outside elements. The shower is so small and the curtain sticks to you while you’re in it. The bathroom floor is soft from moisture damage. It’s directly across from the beach which is awesome but at least update and maintain the cottages your guests are staying in.

The front door did not lock The knob itself would lock, but the frame of the door did not fit. This allowed the door to brushed in easily. Some of the windows also did not lock. in fairness, while there, i did not bring this to their attention

Little Miss has long been “my summer vacation” in OOB. As always they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my dog. However, there was a. serious miss communication about where I was to stay with my family. When I checked in(sinceyou asked) I was offered a room in another building, several blocks away, and NOT on the beach. Nicole at the desk understood my frustration and agreed to put me in a bigger cottage, for a small increase in cost. Thank you little Miss! I will definitely be back.
