High speed DSL, 46' HD flat screen TV w/cable, full-size washer/dryer, gas BBQ, new pullout Queen sofa with top of the line 5' memory foam mattress and new King in bedroom.The kitchen has everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. Quality cook/serve ware, and some basic staples to get you started. Access to private dock and swim park across the lake. Wonderful local and historical art.This is a perfect corporate, vacation or sabbatical short- term rental.

Great Location on Lake Oswego
Perfectly located - with a balcony overlooking Lake Oswego. We enjoyed watching the fish in the lake. Only a short walk to coffee shops, cinema and downtown attractions.

Ask the owner about the lake level
The condo is on a lake with good lake views but half way thru stay lake level dropped 8 ft. And instead of water views I had mud views. The owner knew this was going to happen and said nothing. Ask about the water level before you pay.

We enjoyed our month at Lakewood. It was fun watching all the boating and water activities from the deck. The apartment suited us well and the bed was large and comfy. The location was great and we loved our walks, exploring Lake Oswego.

Great Location on the Lake
This condo can't be beat for the view of the lake, walking distance to downtown Lake Oswego, and proximity to the George Rogers City park and walking trails along the Willamette River. The bed is very comfortable and the condo is very quiet. We thoroughly enjoying staying at the condo and would highly recommend it to anyone. The owners were very responsive and great to deal with. FIVE STARS.
