The free breakfast was great. We stayed a weeklong so it was very convenient and they had a variety of choices. The hot l is very clean and friendly staff. It is one of my faves when visiting from out if state. Also my grand daughter stays with us when we visit and she loves the pool. Thank you for keeping the pool warm by the way. This is definitely our favorite place.

Decent one night stay. Breakfast was as expected. One of the two queen beds had a really uncomfortable dip butt everything else was fine.

Our room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the pool was the perfect temperature. There weren’t very many towels in our room but other than that we had everything we needed.

There’s construction across the street, so it was quite noisy starting early in the morning.

Everything went well from check in to check out.
I asked for room service but the front desk said no one is available to clean so i asked him a garbage bag and i can clean our room, he said i need to send someone downstair to get the garbage bag. And the breakfast option on our second day was same on the first day except no more potatoes, yogurt which my daughter want to eat for breakfast and no fruits too.

This property is amazing. Very clean and in great condition. Check in was easy, the room was great, stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. They provide free parking and free breakfast, which was delicious with plenty of options and variety each morning. The gym and pool are very nice.

We are on a cross country road trip, moving from Seattle to Austin and really enjoyed our one night stay here. The property seemed pretty new, the staff were very warm & inviting, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We left feeling refreshed and ready for our next leg of the journey!

Hi Naomi, thank you for letting us know about your stay. I will let our team know that there were some short falls during you visit with us so that we can correct them moving forward. I appreciate you letting us know.
Property is nice and clean. There was a problem with my reservation and because it was through Expedia I was told I wasn’t in the system and needed to call Expedia to deal with it. I wasn’t greeted when I arrived because the clerk was on the phone, then was shuffled to the side to deal with the problem myself. Check in took almost an hour. To be clear, this is Expedia’s fault, however the front desk staff did not treat me in an accommodative way. I get they were overwhelmed by a recent ice storm (we were too) but don’t think I received very good care from Expedia or Hampton inn.

All of the staff was so kind and working so hard. Erica who manages the free breakfast deserves a raise. She is going nonstop to make sure every item was restocked and the area was clean. All of the staff handled the stress of suddenly being fully booked due to the winter storm very well. Mandy and Tracey were always kind at front desk.
Room was clean and breakfast was free. I am grateful we had this place to stay.

Hard to rate my stay - overall it was good and understandably this was under a stressful weekend of a winter storm. I had a room near the elevator and could pretty much hear everything. There was one of two elevators working, not enough parking for a full hotel, and a I had two issues with my room. I got there in the evening and had already settled in for the night - one was the sink, the other the thermostat. I addressed them in the morning and the staff was very responsive. Bed was comfy and amenities and breakfast was good.
