Very nice for a family get together
Spacious and great for families! Lots of room for our group of 12. Fully stocked kitchen was great. Cleaned before we arrived. Many extra chairs that can be pulled out to use. Beds were good and many towels / extra blankets / pillows. Lovely quiet neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and Fred Meyer. One suggestion: I think it would be helpful to remove “hot tub” as a feature because it makes one think there is an outside hot tub instead of a jacuzzi in the master bath.

Reservation during a snowstorm
It was a beautiful home; I would say that the main sofa and main leaving room table could use some modifications. Our reservation landed on the dates that we had a snowstorm here in Oregon this 2024, therefore majority of the people were not able to make it. I wish the homeowner or vrbo could have been more flexible in providing a full or at least partial refund when severe weather circumstances occur or to allow people to move the reservation to another date.

Lovely retreat in a quiet part of Beaverton
We stayed in the house for an overnight family dinner and gathering. There was oodles of space for us, and my little one loves running around in the tiny grove of apple trees. The house was extremely clean when we checked in, check in was very simple, and the host was quick and responsive to message, enabling a very handy early check in.

There was plenty of space in the home. The owner was kind and responded in a timely manner. Beds were comfy. I do recommend new bath towels bc they have the mildew smell after one use. Perfect location for us!

Great stay for a big group of friends
There was ample space for our group of mostly adults and 2 babies. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc and big comfy couches to hang out in. The kitchen is well equipped too! Great place for a big group.

Best 10th Birthday Ever!
This is the second time we've stayed in this beautiful home. The kids love it! We went to the zoo. We hit the mall. We visited and played games. It was the perfect place to celebrate this special day.

Excellent Location
This is a great property with lots of space. Our family loved all the rooms and location. We were in town for a family wedding and we were able to host dinner 1 night with the whole family. The house was warm and welcoming. It made us all feel "at home" We look forward to going back.

Beautiful property
We had 17 people ranging in ages from 5-78 staying here. The property was perfect size to accommodate our needs. It is located at the end of the street which is nice for extra parking needs. At one point we had 7 vehicles parked outside (3 in the driveway and 4 in front of the home). The home does carry sound so beware if you have sensitive sleepers. Also, I’m not sure that the 4 hours between guests check out and check in time is enough to adequately clean a home of this size as we found pills on the floor, empty boxes outside, and overflowing trash cans outside upon arriving. The rest of the house was very clean. The backyard has a beautiful sitting area and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Family get together at NW Weible Way
It was a good size house for 12 people. Rooms and bathrooms in the second floor were all very nice. Wish there was a shower in the first floor since my husband and I are both 86 yrs. old it would have been very convenient and safer, a clothes rack in the 1st floor would have helped also. The area is peaceful and the neighbors very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic family reunion
We used this house for our small family reunion and bday gathering. It was PERFECT! Just as advertised— clean, spacious, bright and welcoming. Great yard out back for kids to run around/play. Nice covered porch with grill. The kitchen was well-equipped, the furniture was comfortable and accompanied our large group well. The bedroom downstairs is more of a day room— and worked well as a temporary office space for us. The owners talked with us beforehand to make sure our gathering would not be too loud/disruptive for the neighbors. They were very reasonable and understanding— it’s is a small neighborhood. We also appreciated the signs posted throughout clarifying rules about not smoking on the property, where to park, and the check out expectations. The only issue we really had was that the trash and recycling bins were totally full when we checked in, which was a little frustrating considering we had paid extra for trash due to having our gathering there. Overall, this was really the perfect house for our family and met our needs.

A wonderful home for a family weekend!
This house is beautiful! It is exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed! The location and neighborhood are also very nice and absolutely safe. I am grateful that we stayed here, we were about 20 minutes max to Portland and it was a perfect spot for my family to gather, we flew in from Chicago and my son and his GF drove up from Eugene. It made for a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Great Stay in Beaverton!
We utilized the property as a base of operations for a move for our son out of Portland. It was about 20 minutes to downtown Portland - just avoid the busy times. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to Beaverton restaurants and shopping. We stayed three nights and didn't hear a sound. Just far enough from the freeway and just close enough to be on in 5 minutes. We felt safe there. There is a park just a block away for walking. We did have a small dog with us. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, and the main floor is very roomy. The kitchen is well stocked, and the laundry is convenient. The driveway allows for off street parking. We would definitely stay again if the need arises. This is a large home. The backyard is reasonably private.

This house was a perfect size for our family of 10 with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The kitchen is a nice size and had plenty of utensils, pots and pans for cooking and 2 coffee pots which we needed every morning. The backyard is a large size for our dog to run but there is no fence so we had to keep an eye on him at all times. The house was clean and not full of clutter so that was nice.

Nice location
The house is located near a nice playground and very close to the NIKE campus. The backyard and patio is very lovely. There are only two full baths, and the kitchen could use a few more essentials like more dish towels. Overall the property is as described, and worked well for our family.

Had a great time with friends this past weekend at this property. Everything is as pictured, spacious and lots of compliments from guests about the property. Definitely would come back again. This is a perfect part of town and only 15-20min from downtown. Hope you enjoy as much as we did.

This house was great! Several young families shared this home to be close to a wedding venue. The house was in a veey nice quiet neighborhood and very clean. It was nicely stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. The host was very responsive too. I'll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Good property that can be even better
Overall, this is a good property. Yahui was responsive when needed which is much appreciated. Due to the number of notices & reminders about noise, I was worried the neighbors would create havoc but it was the opposite. The next door neighbor was actually very nice. He saw we had kids and came over to offer our kids the opportunity to use his swing set! In return our kids slept early so there was no issue with noise. The house is a good size for a large family or a couple of small families. The open backyard is great to take in sun on a warm day. Appliances were in good working condition including minor kitchen appliances. I would consider staying here again. IMO things that can make this a flawless property: 1. Treat the ants - We found small number of black ants in the bonus room/extra bedroom. 2. Add a couple more pans, spatulas. We were able to find one pan. There were plenty of other utensils - pots etc. Coffee maker and other minor appliances were available and worked well. 3. Minor fixes to the furniture & upholstery

Great stay in a wonderful house
This house is amazing. First, it's huge. Plenty of beds and room for a large family. Clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and extra pillows, blankets, and towels. The wifi is fast (I checked it at around 160Mbps). Second, it's affordable. Other houses in the area were listed with a little bit lower per night charge, but all had numerous "extra" fees (maintenance fee, booking fee, restocking fee, etc.). We ended up saving a couple hundred dollars by staying here over other options. And the location is great. Close to a Fred Meyer grocery store and shopping centers, and only a couple miles from the freeway to get to Portland and other locations quickly. The neighborhood is attractive and quiet. My family and I loved this place. We'll be going out of our way to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Oregon Getaway
This was my first experience with Vrbo and it couldn’t have been better! The home was clean and well-stocked and the owner was very warm and responsive. The bunk bed was greatly appreciated by my kids, it really made them feel at home. So many yummy restaurants and coffee shops nearby! Nice, quiet neighborhood. We can’t wait to visit again!

This property was exactly as shown in the online listing. We had a group of 15 and had adequate space for sleeping. We were in town for a team competition and this property worked well for us. The property owner was very accommodating to our needs and even ordered some kitchen equipment when we asked if the property had a particular item. Overall it was a great experience for us.

Just what we needed!
Brought our family here to be near for our sons wedding in Portland. Plenty of space and rooms for our kids and their families to share! Everything that we needed for meals was in this well stocked kitchen. Yahui was thoughtful and a great communicator! Even shipped us a forgotten stuffed animal !! Would stay here again!

A comfortable house in a quiet and convenient neighborhood
The owners are super friendly and helpful. They gave very detail instructions which makes check-in and check-out easy to follow. It is very roomy. One of the room has a bunk bed with a twin bed, which is perfect for kids. The house was maintained very well. The extra big dinning table is quite nice for our friends and family members. It also has an enclosed study room with a desk and sofa. This is perfect for adults who need to catch up on an urgent conference call. The bonus was we don't need to pull out all the bedding sheets when we leave :). Strongly recommended...

We had a small family reunion, this place was the perfect place. It was close to family who live in Beaverton. The neighbors were super friendly. So easy to message with the owner. The place was so clean, owner left towels, blankets and all kitchen necessities. Absolutely would recommend this home to any large families. 5 stars from my family.

Pumpkin Ridge Outing
8 adults stayed comfortably, we had a golf tournament at Pumpkin Ridge. It was a great location to access the interstate to the course. The owners of the property met me at the property and reinterated if there was anything I needed , just call. We were out of propane and I called and the owners handled it immediately. I would highly recommend staying, it was a very good experience.

It was a short but fun stay. The house is big enough to fit all of us and just enough where kids can play in the house. It is homy and complete with basics. The owner is so nice and quick to respond whenever I have questions. I recommend this property especially for big groups with kids.
