Relaxed stay
This property was great for the weekend for our group of seven. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the location with lots of parking. There are three rooms that each sleep two people. For additional people, the host supplies mattress to place in the living room. I would offer extra stars for communication and cleanliness.

Great little stay
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. While visiting family in Portland, who unfortunately didn't have enough space for us, this location proved to be an excellent base for our trip. It provided us with everything we needed and more. The cleanliness was impeccable, making it effortless to unwind and enjoy our time here. Surprisingly, we found ourselves enjoying cooking, a rarity at some rentals due to limited supplies, but here, everything was readily available. Additionally, navigating to and from this home was a breeze, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable weekend in Portland.

Clean and Cozy, Close to Moda Center
The house was perfect for our large party of nine. It was clean and comfortable. The living room had no pullout sofa, but bedding was available, so it worked out fine. The game room with a pool table was a big hit for our family. It was very convenient, being only 15-20 minutes away from the Moda Center. It was helpful that pets are allowed. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay!

Quick overnight stop before going to Portland airport
We did not stay long but the house was nice and made good use of the space. It was an easy half hour drive to the airport. We had one issue, getting into the house, we could not find the right combination lock as you had to touch the black ring around the door lock for the numbers to light up. None of us had seen this type lock before, and there were several traditional lockboxes on the side of the house that didn't work with our code, so we had to call the property manager to figure it out. An extra sentence or two in the welcome email could prevent this in the future.

Wonderful stay! I hosted a small birthday party and there was plenty of space and amenities. Really cool garage with pool table and punching bags, perfect hangout location. Host was communicative and understanding, beds were comfy.

Arrived during a blizzard that knocked out power to the house. The host went above and beyond when it was 14 degrees out to try to set up a generator to keep us warm and comfortable. To no avail we ended up checking out the following morning and not completing our stay. Under other circumstances this would have been an amazing stay, however the lack of heat or ability to prepare food/ shower with warm water curtailed that.

I was impressed by how clean it is for being pet and kid friendly. The garage and rooftop patio are fun extras. I’m assuming it’s the owners in the basement which didn’t bother us. I didn’t realize the front door dead bolt had a code reader, the garage had a separate code, and we were not given a code for the side door which caused some confusion on check in for the less tech savvy. Just read the check in instructions carefully. Overall it was as advertised and so much nicer than a hotel with our 4 small kids for a comparable price. 👍

Perfect for our 1920 murder mystery party
Our host heard that we were throwing a 1920 murder mystery and said bet!! When we arrived they were working hard to get the garage ready, installing air conditioning because they knew the garage would be a perfect place for us to spend time playing pool. Thank you guys so much for letting us celebrate our friend in this beautiful space!!!

Lovely very organized inside , pleasant decoration s. Room to spread. Well stocked very workable kitchen. If older couple, there are steps into house not too bade, but no railing. Upper deck looks real nice, but again stairs. Very easy to work With & great communication

House was very cute inside. My kids Loved the space over the garage. Owner were very responsive. Only thing was the owners actually live in the basement. This was a little weird. They were gone most of the time but he was also in the backyard cleaning out a fish tank while we were there. Overall nice stay.

Amazing Rental
We were only staying here for one night as we traveled, but as soon as we walked in, we wanted to come back for a longer stay. Great location, quiet neighborhood, beautiful home and a backyard that is already great and appears to be on its way to be even nicer. The garage-top deck was a very pleasant surprise and we really enjoyed taking in a sunset after our long day of driving. Can't wait to come back!

Efficient Communication
Host went above and beyond with ensuring we could have an early check-in to make a medical appointment on time. House was welcoming and had ample room for our group; 4 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant. We were a little put off by all of the "junk" in the backyard and adjacent enclosed storage area, the outdoor stairwell full of bags of recycling, and the smell of stinky drains in the bathrooms. It is an older home and well maintained, but the smelly drains should probably be checked for blockages, because we had to keep the fans running in both bathrooms and the doors closed to keep the smell out of the rest of the house. All that being said, we chose this home for the safety it provided that other rentals closer to downtown could not guarantee. Yes, downtown Portland really is that bad now.

Nice place to stay!!
We only stayed one night while passing thru town and Cedar Mills was a nice place to unwind after being on the road all day. Furnishings we're comfortable and we had everything we needed. The outdoor space is beautiful too, wish we could have enjoyed it a bit more. The house is very clean and in a nice safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!!
