I was not happy with the surprise USF parking fee. That may be more and expedia issue then the hotel. By not advising when I booked you are not sharing the true cost of the hotel. Other then that everything was excellent

There was a water bottle, popcorn, and dust bunnies under the bed when we arrived. That said, Canopy is our go-to hotel for the Portland area bar-none.

This hotel was just exceptional. The Guest service staff was lovely. They upgraded our room at check in to a Presidential Suite. It wasn’t necessary but was greatly appreciated. The room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. They also let us check out at 1 instead of the typical 11:00. The location is also amazing. Walkable to all the great cocktail bars and restaurants. We walked to everything in under 10 minutes. We will be back and will stay at the Canopy!

Absolutely great hotel! Staff is what sets it apart from the competition. Facilities were great. Luna is a fantastic rooftop bar. Dog friendly, complimentary bikes… what’s not to love?

We found our room to be very comfortable and very well cleaned. Hotel design made us feel comfortable and relaxed the moment we walked through the doors. The dining choices were plentiful and some of the best food we have had in awhile…and we are big foodies. Looking forward to returning soon

The staff was amazing from beginning to end. They all really seemed to care about the customer experience. The beds were amazingly comfortable, I overslept everyday but that's what you do on vacation I guess. This is about as centrally located as you can get to all the shopping and dining Portland has to offer!

the stay was wonderful, had a king bed and felt great next day, no back pain, no trouble sleeping. no noisy neighbors. shower was nice good pressure and warm no fighting for hot water. will be back.

The staff was knowledgeable, fun, helpful. The rooftop bar was great. The area around the hotel is very walkable with wonderful local shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We were discouraged to find out there was no pool nor was the roof top bar and fire pit outside seating was not open our first night. We were told that the rooftop was closed because of a private party on our second night. So paid for 2 night anniversary getaway and couldn’t use this amenity. No microwave in the room! No small area to buy notions. The mattress in their king room was too soft and it appeared to make you sink at your head and your feet slightly elevated - not very comfortable! A little sad our view was of the parking lot and not that of Casco Bay. I would only give this hotel a 2 out of 5 stars.
