Unfortunately you WERE able to check into the room. You had many unauthorized guests in the hotel and became verbally combative with staff. You also damaged property by exiting out the window of your hotel room.

All the staff were great. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that supplies were locked after 5pm and I wasn't able to get more pillows. Otherwise everything was nice!

The area didn’t feel very safe and the staff didn’t seem quite pleasant. I spoke to the person at the desk 3 times about one of the wall art pieces in the room being broken and his excuse was that because we were in the room he didn’t send anybody so that we could have our privacy but I asked him three time to remove it because broken glass is unsafe and I didn’t want to be charged for something I didn’t break. Also the free breakfast was very limited and would not allow us to bring it back to the room. The hot tub was very un appealing and the pool wasn’t great either. The was a patched hole in the bathroom door that wasn’t repainted and there were stains on the bed as well. They left a used toilet paper roll there and one of the soaps were already torn open. They also never picked up the trash we left outside the room. No one came to replenish our soaps towels or anything. The air conditioner was terrible it wouldn’t stay on the right temperature and it smelled terrible. Over all it was really a terrible experience and only one of the staff members was nice to me she checked me in and set me up but there were two men who weren’t very helpful at all!!

Stayed here before and it's always been ok. This time it was GREAT!! Stayed downstairs and it was so quiet. The evening clerk was awesome and the maid plus the gentleman that i saw before checking out were so nice! My only company is the parking lot its so bad with the potholes... i mean bad

We appreciated kind & friendly staff and breakfast offering, but were concerned about the shape the rooms were in. Bed and seating were in poor shape. Walls, ceilings, & doors were well-worn. Expedia's rating of 8.6 did not prepare us for accomodations we would rate closer to a 6.

This hotel was really great! We stayed during a terrible ice storm and they were all there for us, continued to have free breakfast, a nice pool and hot tub, and so hospitable to me and my family. Super clean, very friendly staff!

Stay in Portland Nov 17, 2023 - Nov 23, 2023 Bridgeway Inn & Suites Portland Airport Hotels.com itinerary: 72050900980104 Reservation details Upon arrival the room was not what I expected, the carpet had holes, tears, burn marks etc. The shower head has mold which made it unsafe, I brought these issues to the attention of the manager and was told to contact hotels.com regarding a refund, which was rerouted again back to Bridgeway Inn. I was in town to burry my father who had passed away on November 1st; which made it impossible to find another place last minute. The management was unprofessional, dismissive and I never received linens, towels until the day I checked out. I had to crash on friends couch made it frustrating because I had already paid for my entire trip. I need to be refunded for my entire stay and this hotel needs to be shut down because its not deemed safe, hence another reason I am glad that my son wasn’t there because he would have gotten sick touching surfaces and putting his hands in his mouth. I have provided some photos to prove how disgusting and unsanitary this establishment is.

Bedding was dirty, the comforter smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette burns and tears all over it. We kicked it off and slept fully clothed and still felt our bodies itchy everywhere. The bathroom was also disgusting there was dry poop all over the flushing handle and on the toilet seat. Truly an inpleasant experience and will Never be staying here again

I had to as for a second key which I thought was weird when there were two adults and a child. There was no fan in the bathroom. The shower curtain was too short and decorative not waterproof. The ac only kinda worked. No privacy curtains in the window, only blackout curtains. So if we wanted to let light in, we would have no privacy. The tv didn’t work at all. The remote wasn’t in the room so I went to the desk to ask where it was or what and the guy gave me their remote for their tv…which didn’t turn on the tv.. Last but not least, the continental breakfast was a waffle maker, white bread, English muffins, cornflakes. And no non dairy options. Minimal breakfast.

Very unusual experience. To start out with is I showed my USDA certified for my support dog and clerk still charged me. Get into the room and noticed there was only 2 towels,2 wash cloths, and 2 hand towels for a reservation for 3. Asked for more and was told there is none. Went for a swim in t h e pool and the shower before pool was only freezing water. Took photos of toilet that was broken and walls had holes in them.

We figured would an ok place but the condition was poor. Missing mirror, broken bathroom door, light bulbs reversed in the bathroom (heat light should be on timer switch, not regular bulb) and just an overall sloppiness of the room. Housekeeping and maintenance people great, just poorly run by ownership.

This place should say motel. Filthy everywhere in the room. Mattresses were disgusting. The “Accessible Bathroom” had round door knobs, no detachable shower head, sink held up by old table legs. Then there was a homeless hangout right in the parking lot. Don’t waste your money.

Reserved room was not accessible from wheelchair as they do not have an elevator. There were homeless people camping out on property. Kid did not feel safe and overall properly looks very run down.

Initial light to turn on in room didnt work, so room was dark until i found another. Found cockroachs and mold in the bathroom. Not a good offering for breakfast, No syrup for waffles. Told the front desk person who didnt really seem to care. Dont think ill stay here ever again.

I did like swimming in the pool, what I didn’t like is there was no remote for the tv so could watch tv. There was holes in the walls nail polish all over the chairs. The bed wasn’t comfortable. They do offer free breakfast which was great! The staff is nice!

The older gentleman is the only staff that’s actually polite. He’s a cool, chill and hard working fella. The other property staff are kinda off putting and rude. I don’t know if this location changed owners or what. I’ve been coming here for almost 2.5years now and in the last year the customer service went to sh*t. The only benefit to what I believe are new owners are it seems like they do a better job of keeping the facilities clean. Either way the location is unfortunately right next to a homeless rehab building. The building looks like another hotel but in actuality it’s a homeless rehab building. Which wouldn’t be an issue but that unfortunately attracts along of shady types who break into cars constantly at this location. There is also a rat problem here, while in my room I opened the window on the ground floor and immediately re shut is due to the presence of a large rat. This is not my fist encounter here with rodents. If you’re looking for a safe, clean location while settling this is not it. Take your travels just 10 min further to troutdale for a much safer, cleaner and comfortable stay at just about any of the locations they have for accommodations.

Checked in: hot tub not working, that was annoying but fine we will deal with the situation. Entered room: ac was busted, beds horribly springy; inadequate amount of towels in room & could not obtain additional towels until the following morning. Hotel grounds: trashy, homeless dumpster diving, it was a little nerve-racking to be outside at night because of the type of guests or wonderers on property. This hotel was not well cared for. Breakfast: a single waffle maker, sausage, juice. Not much of a breakfast but was nice to have something to eat. Checking out: front desk had informed me that I was getting a rate adjustment because of the multiple problems. I had already prepaid so I had to contact Expedia to get that adjusted rate refund. Expedia did their job which they needed to contact the hotel, they got back to me saying that the hotel denied my adjusted rate.

The hallway smelled like cat pee, the bed was super old, broken down, and stained. The room looked like it was in the middle of a renovation and the walls were thin so it was very noisy. The room stated no smoking but it clearly used to be as the room still had a faint smoke smell to it. Everything felt sticky and if i wasnt so exhausted i would have left. A refund would be greatly appreciated.
