500 Square Foot spacious studio on top of our garage. Private entrance. 1 staircase up. Like an urban tree house. Lots of light and a skylight. Queen bed for 2 and a foldout sofa for 2 more. Full kitchen with new appliances. Coffee and tea are provided. Full bathroom. High speed internet. Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon. Beautifully decorated. Heat and AC. Private parking outside the garage is available. We are long time Portlanders and would be pleased for you to come and visit. We would like to make your experience enjoyable and comfortable. We are available to answer your questions before and after your visit.

Perfect spot

This apt offered everything we needed. Great location too - very walkable neighborhood with lots of spots to eat. Lg grocer nearby and laundromat also. Looking forward to our next visit - hoping to stay here again

Fantastic stay

This was a fantastic stay. A wonderful property with an abundance of amenities made my time spent here perfect and with not a thing to worried about. Easy check in, easy check out, Open communication, and a marvelous location- I would love to return and in fact look forward to it.

Lovely suite in lovely area

The space was very nice in a great walkable area. Lots of nice restaurant options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for exploring Portland

Excellent studio apartment, clean, comfortable and everything you need for a home base while in Portland. Easy walking to multiple places, and a short uber ride to everything else. Would love to stay again!

Perfect little retreat

The location was great, close by to restaurants and markets..The property itself was very clean and well-maintained. It was very comfortable and uniquely decorated. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and it met our needs in every way!

Great Location!

The location was ideal to jump on the bus to go downtown plus the neighborhood offered lots of fun shopping and great restaurants. The property was clean, well appointed, and cozy after a long day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful location!

Very clean and comfortable studio. Close to most everything we like to do in Portland and a parking spot to ditch the car in was an added bonus. Definitely would recommend.

This studio apartment fit our needs perfectly. Everything was as described, very clean and spacious, nicely decorated. We definitely appreciated the AC during the heat wave. Great location as well! Highly recommend!

Perfect Rainy Day Stay

Okay, it wasn't actually raining during our stay, but it had been POURING on our drive in, so we were delighted when we arrived and found our cozy spot. The studio's structure itself was tastefully designed and the decor was perfect. Simple and straightforward in the best way. Literally a two-minute walk to great coffee/bakery/cafe and more!

A lovely place to visit Portland and Oregon from.

Excellent property, close to all the amenities you need. Close to the bus line to run down into Portland city, although I found the walk interesting and quite pleasant. Near the I84 and 5 which made going father afield easy. We found the locals extremely welcoming where ever we went, the people in the local bar we used "GoL" for us really put the icing on the cake. Hope to be returning.

i love what you did with this place. the location and homey feeling is great. my only two complaints, minor, are the delivery trucks on friday nights and some persons dogs that barked all the time. other than that, 10/10 thanks!
