The room itself was clean, but I'm quite certain that the bedsheets had not been changed. The bed was made, but the sheets had numerous stains that should have come out in washing, and there was dirt between them. I did not stay; I decided to go elsewhere.

OK but...
It was OK - the room itself was comfortable, the pillows were way too firm for their thickness. The 10 inch thickness combined with a very soft mattress did not make for a good nights sleep.

The proprietor was the kindest motel owner/manager I've met in a long time - helped me out when my phone was missing and didn't charge for phone calls. The building is basic but very well run, and quiet for such a convenient location. A gem of a budget option!

The management assigned us in a room which carpet was newly glued. The smell was awful and health hazzard. Needs to be reported to the health department

Worse place to stay
Mouse droppings IN the bed. Sheets had other stains, obvious that they were not clean. The website showed it to be a 3 Star hotel. Horrible, filthy and run down.

Hi Jeanne, I do not believe you were the person who checked in, it was another gentleman. When he came to the desk to complain about the state of the sheets, we offered him a different room no questions asked. But he was hostile towards us and threatened us with a Yelp review. Unfortunately our cancellation policy did not allow us to offer you a refund. We, including hour housekeeping staff & maintainence staff did a thorough check of the room but did not find any evidence of the so said ‘rat droppings’. If the gentleman who checked in had given us a minute to address his issues instead of threatening us we would have reached a solution. Thank you and we hope you have a nice day.

Nice people, safe enough, but an archetypal bad hotel. Light switches not working, bathroom door knob broken, weird smells, etc. Had to fix the shower with a toolkit from my car, and the keycard would not stay magnetized, locking me out repeatedly. Only stay here in desperate need.

Full size oven, SMALL refrigerator with dirty freezer; trash left under sink; non-smoking room that reeked of smoke--we spent many hours airing it out, but it still smelled of cigarettes; hole in the wall where the shower head came out. Convenient location.

The staff was good at checkin, very helpful. At around 1a.m., someone next door slammed the door so hard, 3 times that 1 of our pictures fell off thewall. We were ready to call 911. It finally quieted down.

Just met with some friends and needed somewhere to get some rest before flight out. Very plain, mediocre, old setting. Very disappointed when found red blotches on sheets. Wonder what else wasn't cleaned.

The view from our room
Our luggage was stolen from our room and the hotel staff showed no concern or remorse. The response was the same to the water leak by the tub and the other hotel guests who partied loudly all night, including leaning over a stairwell to peer into our room.

There was nothing to like about this place. The shower didn't when you turned the knob the water barley came out of the shower head nor did the water drain out of the tub so you had to stand in water the whole time while you took a shower. The door frame to the bathroom was broken actually part of the door frame was missing. When I called the front desk the lady seemed annoyed that I even called to get the shower fixed. I know this wasn't the RItz but come on the shower should work and the water should drain out of the tub On check out I talked to the manager and all she said was "so sorry" she didn't even try to give me a little discount for all of this. She kept saying "so sorry" So if you want a Terrible place to stay I would recommend this place.

The staff was great, they offered to fix our light situation when we told them a light bulb was missing. The tub did not drain I had work the following morning it made me un easy. It needs TLC.

Dump...DO NOT STAY HERE..
TV did not work..No pressure in the shower.. HOUSEKEEPING missed our room...didn’t come to clean the bed and had to call them.. bedsheets were not clean.. will Never ever stay here.. ac made a lot of noise.. no dustbins

Dear Mr. Kishor, Thank you for taking the time out to leave us your valuable feedback. I have checked all our notes and found out that you stayed with us for 2 nights in August. You made a reservation for 2 adults but 3 checked in and we did not charge you for the 3rd adult as a courtesy. During your stay I recollect you came to the office multiple times but did not once tell me or our staff any of the above complaints (except housekeeping which was corrected immediately) . In the future kindly tell the front desk about any complaints you have so they can either change your room or offer you a refund. Such reviews only hurt small businesses like us and do not paint the correct picture for future guests.

It’s a decent motel with a few interesting patrons. It’s was quiet for the most part, very lit up at night and cameras all over the outside of the building.

Poor Communication
We didn't get to actually stay at the hotel because although we requested a downstairs room due to mobility issues we weren't informed there wasn't a downstairs room available until after we had arrived. They let us know they were aware of the unavailability well in advance of our arrival. If we had been advised in advance we would have been able to make alternate arrangements. We were then left to scramble for different hotel very late on a Friday evening. The manager tried to tell us he would only refund 2 out of three nights of our stay because we did not cancel 24 hours in advance. Fortunately, after much discussion, they eventually did refund all 3 nights, the only reason I did not rate them with the worst in customer service. I will not be reserving there again.

It says so on the booking website that any requests are considered but not guaranteed; next time kindly contact the property you plan to stay at to discuss the special needs. We faced a last minute cancellation due to no fault of our own but still considered a full refund as a courtesy towards you. If you think that this is poor customer service then I can only extend our apologies.

WORST HOTEL EVER...STAY AWAY!!
Was going to stay for work but with the rain, needed to change to diff day an hotel wouldn't so it. Was also nasty on the phone. Will NEVER go there!!!

Sorry for your bad experience. As we remember the reason you told on the phone was that the person who was going to stay was injured at work; secondly you abused and called our front desk manager explitives when she tried to explain tbe cancellation policy. Anyways, the card you used for reservation was declined on our end so you have gotten away with no charges from our side, We hope you can understand the policies better next time.

a nice budget hotel
I had a room with two queen beds. It had a microwave and small refrig. Nice TV and good selection of channels. The room did not smell and was clean and tiddy. The bathroom was adequate and the shower had good water pressure. Very quiet for its location. Pizza and nice restaurant very close. The actual thing that I didn't like was no in room coffee pot. For the price and location I would stay here again. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful.

I do not recommend this place. The maintenance person and the front desk lady were nice but that's the end of anything positive. This is close to the worst place I have ever stayed. The good news is that my wife was excited to go camping after we left. So far, no bugs.

Buyer Beware. Avoid at all costs
This was absolutely my worst hotel experience ever! I was stuck in the Beaverton area due to the ice storm we had on Thursday. I needed to find a room within walking distance of my work, and figured that this would do. Boy, was I wrong. Upon check in, I was told that "they try to keep people from smoking, but it's hard to enforce". As you may expect, my room smelled like cigarette smoke. Once I got to my room, I turn on the heater, and it is barely working. I decide to give it a few minutes, and see what happens. About 10-15 minutes later, it completely turns off. I went to the front desk, and they weren't really too surprised, and gave me a second room. The second room, was even worse. I had the same heater problem, but this time, it never turned off, it just didn't get any warmer. This wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't literally freezing outside. I ended up walking down the street and staying at the Comfort Inn and Suites. Moral of the story, stay somewhere else and save your money

La chambre que j'ai eu est plutôt propre pour un motel ancien. Les deux chaises sont sales et devraient être changées. Les différentes serviettes sont de bonne qualité. Absence de porte-manteaux. Motif: "on nous les vole" ???. La chambre est grande, comme le lit.
