- This beautifully constructed and fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is located in the Cape Porpoise section of Kennebunkport. Built in 2016, this family friendly home offers an open concept floor plan with a large farm table and other high quality furnishings.
Simply relax indoors in a beautiful space, or enjoy a peaceful walk to Cape Porpoise Pier where you will find fresh lobster rolls , fine dining, and stunning views of Goat Island Lighthouse.
The house 's private setting is a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops in located the center of Cape Porpoise and 2.5 miles to downtown Kennebunkport. A quick 10 minute drive will bring you to the best local beaches that Maine has to offer.
A Webber charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and plenty of comfortable porch furniture are among the outdoor amenities, along with a private backyard for cornhole or whiffle ball. With a 10 minute walk, you can explore the natural beauty of Cape Porpoise Harbor Islands using our 3 person kayak, or access 20+ miles of pristine hiking trails that are maintained by the Kennebunkport Conservation Trust.
