It was understaffed. We were there 4 nights and got no towel change until we called front desk and learned you have to call front desk to get one. I said there’s no notice in room to that effect. Hotel Eastlund, BW Premier Collection
NO MICROWAVE OVEN IN THE ROOM. SHOWER IS RAINFALL HAS NO PRESSURE BEHIND THE WATER STREAM. THE VALET PARKING IS NOT FUNCTIONING AS IT SHOULD….VERY CUMBERSOME.
