"El personal muy amable a la llegada y a la salida, y durante la estancia que tuvimos que llamarle para que nos enseñara a usar un aparato y vino a los pocos minutos. Habitación limpia con vistas espectaculares al mar, terraza acogedora y cocina con los utensilios y electrodomésticos imprescindibles. Calidad-precio estupenda. Sin duda si nos surge la ocasión repetiremos."

"Location was good but appartments are too hot."

"Excellent stay for a last minute getaway. Even with a very late arrival the check-in process was great and the accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Would stay again."

"We had an amazing time at Los Arcos. It was in quiet area with a 2min walk to a beach where was also great restaurant. Also hotel has own place where you can eat. "

"The flat was lovely and nice hotel. Like the pictures but no mirrors to get ready in. One in the bathroom only. Aircon was good. Car park was good except a curb to get in and out so a bit lethal. We had a big sewage leak in the bathroom and some of our room flooded with sewage water that came from the toilet into the shower so we weren’t able to use or get ready and was super late for our meal which was a very expensive dinner a d we didn’t get to enjoy the sunset properly so we weren’t able...

"Thoroughly enjoyable stay. The rooms are simple and clean , lovely reception staff and friendly cleaners with an ideal location right in the centre of Santa Eulalia . With any luck we will be back again next year ❤️"

"Wonderful hotel! I have stayed here twice now, once with mum and most recently with my husband and two children and both times we have had a fantastic experience. The hotel has a lovely chilled vibe, it is so easy to relax around the pool. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to return again!"

"Great service clean room, staff was very friendly and accommodating, balcony view was ok but the area made up for it with how convenient everything was"
