The Sienna Apartment is a charming holiday apartment, tastefully decorated and located in the prestigious Rocha Prime complex, in Praia da Rocha. A short walk from the beach and with easy access to golf courses, restaurants, and bars, it is the perfect choice for unforgettable holidays with family or friends.



Located on the 4th floor, the apartment can be accessed by elevator or stairs and offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, both with built-in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and another with only a shower. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric hob, microwave, iron, and ironing board.



The spacious living/dining room is bright and airy, equipped with satellite TV, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table. The room opens onto a pleasant balcony where you can relax in the sun.



Rocha Prime is located on the first line of Praia da Rocha, one of the best locations in Portimão, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The nearby golden cliffs offer incredible views and coastal trails leading to secluded coves. At night, the main street comes alive with vibrant entertainment and an excellent selection of bars and restaurants.



A car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 4 people.

From the 5th to the 7th person (2 adults + 1 baby), an additional charge will be applied that includes an additional bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
