Future Inns Cardiff Bay
Staff on reception were very professional and helpful. Only reason not 5 star was the lift was faulty and meant people had to walk up to the first floor to use the lift. I used to come here a lot in the 2010's and it hasn't really changed since then (that can be a good and bad thing I suppose). Rooms ...
