"The room was very clean with newer carpet and paint. It’s an older building but they’ve worked on making it inviting. Beds were comfortable. Pizza place across the street was delicious. I checked out several pet friendly places on hotels.com. They all listed their fee in the description. This place emphasized it was pet friendly but didn’t list a fee. I was disappointed at check in when I was told there was a fee and it was five dollars higher than the other places.
Overall it’s an economical, clean place to stay. "

"Lobby and breakfast area was clean and tidy, it’s always nice to walk in a hotel and see a nice sitting area with a fireplace and big stair case going up. Room was clean and the temperature control was easy to operate. The one thing we did notice was seemingly how thin the doors were. Starting around 5am we could all of our neighbors plain as day opening and closing their doors, talking, knocking, etc. Maybe that’s just hotels in general? Other than that it’s a great hotel when staying in Marinette! "
