"Excellent from start to finish, the welcome at the front desk, lady with blonde hair, very nice, to the rooms, which were very spacious, and 2 double beds which was great, to the food in the restaurant, the stir fry was gorgeous, the baileys sauce was fab, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the ambience in the foyer was so calm and relaxed, it was nicely decorated for Christmas, the outside of the hotel was nicely lit up with lovely reindeers."
