"We booked a place to stay that it was horrible! Then, we were lucky to find this hotel, Jose Régio in Portalegre. A great place to stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful (we got a flat tire and do not speak Portuguese!) The place is very clean and comfortable."

"Other than the breakfast there was no other meals available nor was there a bar which in today market is a necessity. The hotel could also be more attractive to the travelling client if there was in room tea/coffee making facilities and an iron and board. It is all very good to have a beautiful building ..."
