Property composed of main house and outbuilding, outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Portacomaro, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (11 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 1.6 km. Nearby attractions: Asti 12 km, Turin 50 km, Alba 35 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. The holiday unit consists of a holiday home and a holiday apartment on the ground floor of the adjacent building (without internal connection).
