"I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful staff at the hotel—Nino, Yassir, Maurizio, Antonio, Carmelo, Canneline, and Kusheu—for making our stay so enjoyable. Every one of them was friendly, professional, and attentive, providing exceptional service from the moment we arrived until we checked out. They truly made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The breakfast was outstanding every morning. There was an impressive selection of both continental and hot breakfast items, with something for everyone. The buffet included a wide variety of cold cuts, cheeses, fresh salads, eggs, bacon, sausages, Italian pastries and desserts, breads, fresh fruit, coffee, and much more. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and delicious. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel's location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. Parking is provided through a third-party service and is included in the cost of the hotel, which was very convenient. The air conditioning worked well during our stay in July 2026, especially when it was left running continuously, which helped keep the room comfortable during the warm summer weather. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, an excellent breakfast, and a great location. We would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"We had a great stay at Villa Conrad by Hotel Metropole. The amenities were excellent, especially the infinity pool. The restaurant and pool both offer beautiful scenic ocean views, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The villa itself is tucked away in a quiet spot, while still being right in the middle of town and just off the main Corso. It’s the perfect balance of privacy, convenience and being close to everything Taormina has to offer. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"What a great place to stay in Taormina and what a great staff. Before and during Elena, Klaudia and Martina were helping us w drivers, tours, restaurants, things to be sure to see and the entire staff at VT were exceptional and very "can-do". Breakfast was great, I even got one of the best Cortado's I had ever had and the in house outdoor bar's food selection was varied and great. VT is a block or so from the main street -with a bunch of steps-so wear appropriate shoes. Great restaurants nearby in the square next to the fountain. The driver they recommended Luigi was great, great english, knowledgable about history, great places to go to. Our room they got ready early and it was stand alone at the top of many steps next to the bar and it was fantastic, great a/c, large bathroom, sitting room-a jnr suite. Many of the staff had multiple jobs and they were always very friendly and helpful. Next time we might stay in the main building. Oh yes, lots of little intimate garden seating areas-eg they used their space well!"
