"Stayed at the hotel at the beginning of March. We found the Hotel to be a very Grand building with lots of amazing features. It was a little old fashioned but this added to the charm. We never used the pool facilities but it did look a good size and looked clean. Lots of reception rooms and a good sized bar area. Staff were excellent throughout the hotel. The bedroom was very spacious with a massive bed, two wardrobes bedside cabinets, and a tv. A kettle was provided and a good quantity of Tea,Coffee and Biscuits. The bathroom was clean and a good size. It even had a spacious balcony with a view of the golf course and a stream running below. Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely be back in such a peaceful relaxing setting. "

"It was clean and the staff offered to help with any bags or see us to our room. We stayed one night on our way through town. This is an old building. It was exactly what we expected and needed. If you want a new hotel this is not it. You will be disappointed. However, it is quiet, worn but clean, cozy, and very convenient at a very reasonable price."
