Not only do staff members perform thorough inspections when cleaning the rooms and anytime a guest reports a potential issue, but the hotel also contracts a third-party vendor for preventative pest control monthly. Additionally, random inspections are provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis to ensure pest control and overall cleanliness standards are maintained.
