"Wow! Did we ever enjoy our stay at the Port Hotel. The whole experience was really neat! I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. The room had it all and it was a great time. Thank you Port Hotel!"

"The door latch on the bathroom was installed backward so the door couldn’t close. The levers did not move it either. The bathtub was very water stained and looked terrible. The tv remote did not work either."

"there was a tissue stuffed in the peep hole which was weird. the microwave didn't work so instead of bringing me a different one they wanted me to switch rooms? eventually they brought me one after i told them i was already settled in my room and that it didn't make sense to swap rooms as opposed to swapping microwaves so i wanted to be compensated for not having a microwave. suddenly one appeared."
