  • Upper level apartment with extensive wrap around decking that overlooks the dune sanctuary. This cosy old-world retreat offers the perfect go-to home for relaxation. Spend time outdoors or in, reading or writing, taking photos of the magnificent sunsets, or go for a walk through the Port Waikato Dunes Reserve in front of the property. The Phillips Reserve is alongside, with picnic area and playgrounds, or visit the fabulous Cobourne Reserve. Only a 2 minute drive to Sunset Beach. Lifeguards on the beach during peak season, and white baiting in the Waikato River (Aug-Nov). Fishing club nearby. The Nikau glowworm caves and café nearby is a must do adventure.

Beach holiday

Fantastic location with a great view and friendly feel. Felt like stepping back in time for a good, old fashioned beach holiday. Take your groceries with you and settle in for some relaxation. Only drawback was the thin, flat sponge mattresses in the kid’s room.

Lovely restful and open to the beautiful views

Wonderful restful time spent here. Great location and views. Peaceful setting, rugged coastline and great views.
