When you are ready to venture out, visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, along with many restaurants and grocery stores. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles! Mexico Beach is just a few miles away and offers additional restaurants and shops, without the crowds or traffic.
Parking: Parking for cars only under the carport (trucks will not make clearance). 2 vehicles maximum.
Pet policy: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately.
Golf cart: No
Linens and supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.
Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties include beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year.
Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.
Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.
Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit card processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

This place had a wonderful location right on a beach with a very few crowds and a very short drive to downtown Port St Joe. There was just the two of us but there was ample space for us and many more! Would definitely stay here again!

Wow! This place was so clean and with all your high end appliances. Plenty of room for a family of five. The ocean is the closest I have ever stayed at any property. We will be back for sure!!
This house was honestly the best we’ve ever stayed in along the panhandle! Spacious, close to the water, and not crowded on the beach! The house is beautiful inside as well, and we loved the balconies/porches, especially the covered area underneath for when we had rain so we could still be outside! The only thing I’d mention is to maybe add some corner guards on the glass over the stove (vent hood) - a few of us kept hitting our heads when trying to work on the counter on either side of it. Thanks for an amazing stay!

PERFECT
We go to the beach every year and this is by far the best rental! The size was perfect for our family. We love a low key area and this was in the perfect spot! Nothing better than walking out the door straight into the beach!
Great location to a very quiet beach, literally 50 steps into the water. Outdoor area was decent just some of the units looked to be under a remodel and all of the trash was just sitting outside. Area has plenty of great food options. Inside unit was nice just not very large for more than four adults. Only real issue is the unit is right on the highway and traffic was loud, but didn't notice when we were on the beach!

We had an ant infestation in the unit and had to purchase ant traps/spray and spray everywhere in the unit, one of the sliding glass doors didn't work properly for us and came off track, but the manager came over asap and fixed it. Unit was not very clean upon arrival, crumbs under the furniture, hand and face prints on the sliding glass doors, dead bugs throughout the unit. Not able to access the "beach supply" closet. The furniture is the living room was uncomfortable, dated, faded and stained. The bathrooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Nice location on the beach, great walk out to the gulf. Wish the units had privacy screens between them on the ground floor. Need sliding screen doors instead of the cheap magnetic bug screens as they didn't keep bugs out very well.
Note: Manager offered to refund us for the ant spray, but we declined as he came to fix the door within minutes of contacting, which we appreciated.

Wonderful Gulf Front Property - Mexico Beach / Port St. Joe
We very much enjoyed our stay! The property was neat, clean, and the kitchen and bedrooms were well appointed. You cannot beat the location! Just walk outside and enjoy the beach! I'd definitely recommend this property.
The photos do not do it justice! Everything seemed new from top to bottom and was exceptionally clean. You can tell that the owners really care, as they thought of everything their guests could possibly need or want. We loved the location and will definitely return again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful girls trip. Very spacious and perfect for our group. We would definitely stay again. Loved waking right out to the beach and no overcrowding. The kitchen was stocked very well. We could have used more wash clothes and blankets. Also, we were told there were could access the outside closet for beach items but there were no instructions to open. Not complaining, just suggestions. We did have a really heavy rain storm on Sunday. I think the sliding glass doors on the main floor were leaking. The rug got wet and the frame felt wet. May want to check in that.
