It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the gulf overlooking the inviting SeaCliffs pool and landscaped grounds! The fully renovated upstairs boasts granite counters, stainless appliances, and a extendable dining table. Enjoy brand new smart TVs (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Roku, Internet etc) in the family room and in each bedroom. Perfect for couples, small and large families, Shorely Blessed, is a professionally decorated four level townhome that will become your favorite quiet vacation retreat. It is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with two master bedrooms on the gulf side with true king beds and private balconies. Two other bedrooms; one with a queen and one with two twins along with two twin sized roll-away beds. It has a private elevator, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, outside shower, and underneath parking. For those who are concerned about parking during peak times, no worries, this unit has an additional reserved parking space for your boat or SUV.

A private community boardwalk leads to the beach. SeaCliffs is conveniently located within walking distance of St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Cape San Blas and SeaCliffs are located in the 'Old Florida' panhandle just 50 miles SE of Panama City near historic Port St. Joe, where the Florida Constitution was established 200 years ago. New for 2015, Gulf County has passed an ordinance known as "No Trace Behind". It is now illegal to leave non registered unattended property on the beach overnight. Glass/bottles are forbidden, and holes must be filled.
