Mutt'n Joes is located across from the playground in Barrier Dunes and is only a 4-minute walk to the sugar white sandy beaches of Cape San Blas. One stay at Mutt'n Joes and you'll find your perfect vacation spot for years to come!
Barrier Dunes is a gated community located next to St. Joseph State Park, a 2000-acre park with boat landing. There are two swimming pools (gulf front pool is next to clubhouse), ramps/walkovers leading down to the beach, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, stocked fishing ponds, clubhouse, playground, streetlights and paved roads.

We enjoyed everything about Mutt and Joe's home. It was spacious which gave all of my my family the privacy we needed during our stay. Everything was super clean, accessible and organized. Having the playground right outside the door nearby was a huge help with our 4 year old! We hope to return next year for sure!!

We LOVED staying here! The entire house was so clean and nice when we arrived. We were able to bring our dogs and we loved walking them around the neighborhood. We loved sitting on the screened in porch in the evenings, so peaceful! I have never stayed in a place that the kitchen was so well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc. The beds are so comfortable and it's overall just a very chill place. Our 14 year old has said she would rather come here than Panama City Beach. We will definitely be back!!
