Luxurious House on the Canal, Pool, Hot Tub, steps to BEACH
- Welcome to "Cake By The Ocean". Only a short walk to the sandy white beaches & sparkling blue waters of the Gulf! Beautiful views of the Gulf and canal from the balconies. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, Wi-Fi and a smart TV's in Living room and all bedrooms. Laundry room is located in the upstairs hallway. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon waiting for you in the garage. Outdoor shower for easy sand removal.
Waterside Village is a gated community with pool, hot tub and tropical landscaping. We are located on a canal with a shared dock allowing day use with easy access to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is parking for two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the shared driveway. No boat trailer parking allowed in the community. All trailers must be parked at the boat ramp and a parking pass is required. Please inquire if interested in shorter stays.
