"This has to be one of the CLEANEST rentals I have ever booked. The house was spotless, plenty of towels and paper goods. One thing to note: the kitchen is well equipped, but there are no pantry goods: sugar for coffee, cooking oil, no laundry detergent, etc.The beach is LITERALLY across the street. It was perfect for us with a one and a half year old (who is simply too young for all day at the beach.) It was so easy and convenient to just walk across in the morning, go home for lunch, and walk back in the evening. It could not be more beautiful! Highly HIGHLY recommend."

"The view from our balcony and easy access to such a beautiful beach made the whole experience! There's not many food options nearby, and they don't serve breakfast, but the room had a kitchen area for food storage and prep. They also have a lovely gazebo with swings and fire pits for grilling on the beach side. Plan accordingly and you won't regret your stay here!"

"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room did have a musky smell that I believe was from the air conditioner. Didn’t make a big deal about it because we were in town for a wedding and were only in the room to sleep for a few hours. As far as cleanliness, there were still a few hairs on the shampoo dispenser in the shower and a pube under the toilet seat. An attempt to clean the bathroom counter had been made but there were still a few smudges of soak and/or toothpaste from the previous occupants that I cleaned up. The room overall could stand to be remodeled. It was dated and the couch and chair had seen their better days. Very slow wifi which makes watching the tv challenging with all of the buffering. I guess I expected a little nicer accommodations for a $200+ room."

"## Perfect Beachfront Getaway! Our stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo was the perfect beginning of our summer vacation. The location offers the perfect balance of immediate beach access and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere away from the crowds.Here were some of the things we loved:* The condo was spotless and beautifully maintained upon arrival.* Host Communication: The host offered excellent, prompt communication before and during our stay.* Plentiful Parking: Parking was incredibly easy with plenty of open spaces available.* Easy Access: The building elevator made moving luggage and groceries effortless.* Great Amenities: The pool was a fantastic way to end a day on the beach. * Fully Equipped Kitchen: all the appliances and plenty of cookware made dining in easy.* In-Unit Laundry: Having a full-size washer and dryer was incredibly convenient for wet towels.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free beach vacation. We will definitely book this condo again!"

"Our family loved this property. It had so many amenities which made the stay so easy-extra paper towels and toilet paper, provision of shampoo and body wash and hand soaps, gas grill, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, coffee bar with a maker that used cups and had a carafe if you preferred to used ground coffee. The place was very clean. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is great. Walking distance to great pizza, brewery, fresh seafood market for pick up (they steam), and just a short stroll to the beach (owner had a wagon). The mattresses were better than my beds at home! We had a refreshing sleep each night. Loved the back patio with ambient lighting and outdoor shower for washing off. My family had a wonderful time and no complaints!"
