  • Unbelievable panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico await you here. Step out the door onto the sugar white sand. This townhouse is perfectly located as close as you can be to the beach and across the street from a restaurant and grocery store. This comfortably decorated unit is in the heart of it all in Mexico Beach. It is a great place for a small family or two couples to enjoy a great vacation.

    Floor Plan: Ground floor-covered, paved parking area with picnic table and outdoor shower and foyer with stairs leading to the 1st level. 1st level-gulf front living room with sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, CD player and furnished balcony; dining area and kitchen with full size laundry room and 1/2 bath. 2nd level-Bedroom 1 - gulf front master bedroom with a queen bed, 32"" flat screen TV, DVD, full bath and gulf front balcony and Bedroom 2 - double bed, 32"" flat screen TV and full bath.
    *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis.
