Very disappointed. The house is beautiful and great location. Unfortunately. the house was not built to handle the Florida heat. The top floor bedroom (nicest one in the house) could not be used because it remained over 80 degrees. The ac could not cool the bedroom/bathroom. The 3rd floor was extremely warm as well. Maintenance staff installed 2 window units on 3rd floor but could not install on 4th floor - no windows. We spent a lot of money but did not get what we paid for.
Wonderful place! The house and beach area looks exactly like the pictures which we were really pleased with. We spent a good amount of time sitting out on the balconies enjoying the beautiful, peaceful scenery watching the pelicans dive in the water and keeping an eye out for dolphins! Everyone felt their beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with the kitchen having just about every utensil you could need. The elevator was super helpful for carrying luggage and groceries in, as well as assisting to take our older dog with mobility issues out to use the restroom. We typically travel with our own assortment of games, but definitely checked out and utilized the variety of ones that were provided as well! The outdoor shower area was much appreciated for rinsing the sand off and we were really glad to find out there were hardly any of those pesky sandburs to step on! As previously mentioned in another review, the bedroom on the 3rd floor can get warm during the hottest parts of the day. We kept the blinds/curtains closed during those times and the ceiling fan on to help offset that and didn’t have any major issues with it. There were also additional floor fans in one of the other bedroom closets if needed. The communication for check-in was really smooth and efficient as well. Overall, we had a great time staying here and would definitely book again!
