Our home has a unique split-level style. Entering from the carport, and a few steps up, you will immediately be welcomed with an open floor plan in the main living area that features all new furnishings, open kitchen and living area, island seating and lots of natural light from the large windows to enjoy. Our pier theme invites you to settle in for a great stay! A half level up is a bedroom with a full size bed and full/twin bunks, perfect for children, but plenty of room for couples as well. There is also a bathroom on this level. The top level is the master suite with a soaker tub that is screaming for you to come relax! You will find a very spacious bedroom with vaulted ceilings, double vanities and separate shower and bath that are just a few of the things to love about your new home away from home! Each bedroom has private sun decks. The main living area also has a rear deck with a gas grill and seating to overlook the community pool and fenced in common area with lots of grass to play safely. No worries, our complex is small and there is plenty of space for all to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool when taking a break from the waves. Conveniently located directly across from the Mexico Beach Marina, you can stock up on fishing tackle, gear, drinks and even groceries and never really leave home - everything you need is right here!
