Sit back and relax on the porch while watching the sunset at The Nest located on North Cape! Towards the end of Cape San Blas, a peninsula in the panhandle of Florida, you will be less than a mile from the T.H. Stone Memorial State Park! Known for the unique birds of Florida, sea turtles nesting and the nature of St. Joseph Bay, you will love to stay in Port St. Joe. With beach access only one door down, you can access the water with ease. Decorated perfectly for the beach cottage it is, this home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an awesome hang-out area downstairs! Rental Agreement Required to Book and receive check-in instructions to view before booking please request a copy.

-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Perfect family getaway!
Vacation went off without a hitch for a change! Checkin was a breeze and I had continuous communication with the rental company. The house has covered parking and tons of dry storage underneath so I was able to keep everything secured and was able to unpack the car in the rain without getting wet. Location was perfect, easy stroll to the beach, and everything in the house was as advertised. Perfect house on the Cape!

Great spot, super close to the beach!
We had a great stay! The location of the home is in a great spot, within a couple minute walk to the entrance of the beach. The home was extremely clean. The communication with the property managers was always quick and professional. I would keep in mind these things when booking here just so you are prepared - these aren’t dealbreakers by any means: there is no dishwasher, the two spare bedrooms do not have TVs in them, if you plan on staying for several days I would highly recommend bringing your own beach stuff and extra toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels).Overall, would highly recommend this spot!

Loved Cape San Blas. Our first time there, most days the water was clear and calm. This vacation home was perfect for our group of 5. Very clean, beds comfortable. Lacking a bit on kitchen cookware & appliances. No dishwasher. There are not a lot of restaurants in this area so you do cook a lot. Porch was nice, peek a boo view of water. Nice fire pit in yard. Nice space under house to hang out.
