Royal Retreat is Brand New Home with Gulf Views nestled on 30A between Cape San Blas and Indian Pass. This home has an option to rent a Golf Cart for an additional fee
This new construction home offers stunning Gulf views and is just across the street from the beach. It features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, with all bedrooms equipped with smart TVs. The home boasts contemporary style and includes two stories, each with a deck. The layout includes two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two full-size and two twin beds. Enjoy outdoor living with a patio, TV, and an outdoor shower to rinse off sand before entering the home. The back of the property also offers beautiful views of the St Joe Buffer Preserve.
This is a very quaint and family-oriented destination. We are less than a mile from Salina's Park where you can enjoy bike/walk trails, pickleball, sand volleyball, horseback riding on the beach and more. This area offers great fishing and also allows bonfires on the beach. There is great shopping in Downtown PSJ and in Apalachicola. You can also enjoy a variety of fabulous restaurants nearby. If you want to enjoy the beachfront pool you can stroll down to Rish Park for the day!

We had a great stay! Beautiful house, great area, short walk to the beach! The host responded promptly to any messages, and the check-in process was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!
