This home is great for the location and easy beach access!! Beautiful views and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and the guys enjoyed a short walk with the beach tents. The kids had a blast at the beach from sun up till sun down and we saw several beautiful sunsets.

Location was great and the check in process was super easy. The home was decent, but with a ton of wear and tear. The master bed was super old and hard and the sheets were a tad rough. The grill was super dirty and rust and I was concerned for my families health while using it.

Great house on the beach

This was a great place for our friend group's annual vacation. The house was nice, plenty of room for us, and perfect to walk right to the beach. We loved the swing on the porch for rocking and watching the sunrise or sunset. It's not super fancy or upscale, just a comfortable, clean, nicely located house. We would stay here again!

Family vacation

The house is really just steps away from the beach. This is our second time staying, will stay again. Plenty of room for 6 people. Being able to take our dogs is a plus. Trader Joe’s is just down the street and next door is a great place to grab some steamed shrimp, crap legs and delicious dip. Would recommend.

Lovely Location

If you want a non-commercialized vacation Cap San Blas is your place. There are a handful of restaurants on the peninsula and a general store. Port St. Joe is about a 20 minute drive if you want groceries and other restaurant options.

Perfect bool club trip

Loved that it was very clean. Great beds. Awsome decks right on the beach. Thank you for providing beach towels and bathroom towel. I few more plastic wine glasses would be nice.

Perfect for pups!

We had an amazing time at this house for a long weekend with our dogs. It's a perfect location, right on the beach - where you can easily stroll down the boardwalk, or just enjoy the view from both decks. We could also easily walk to a convenience store for snacks and drinks (2 walkable in either direction), and a restaurant slash seafood market was also walkable (they have amazing shrimp so definitely check them out). It was so quiet and peaceful, and the house was the perfect place to relax. We will definitely be back!

Great little house on the beach

I had a very relaxing stay here. Property is fairly well maintained and i had no issues with things breaking during my stay. Living room furniture and master bed were very comfortable. Wish there had been a screen for the sliding glass door in the master bedroom. The carport tends to flood during rains as it is the low point on the property.

Helpful info: 3 bedrooms have full baths. 1 bedroom, ground level has half bath and a window unit to heat and cool. Great layout and location. Great price for a 4 bedroom beach front. Furniture needs attention. They also need to add blankets. This home was a great price but we prefer nicer so we wouldn’t book again. New mattresses and furniture and kitchen cookware and utensils would go a long way in improving a stay. Vacasa was easy to work with. Checking out at this home is easier than other homes with less of a checklist- which I appreciated.

Beautiful beach but lacking in several areas

You can’t beat the location and access to the beach at this house. This was our second year booking this same house with hopes they would have addressed some of the issues we had the first time however it seems like no one cares about this house. The nails sticking up out of all the boards on the deck and especially the stairs are incredibly dangerous and have been that way since our first stay here in October ‘23. The mattresses are very worn out and need replacing. As much as we would like to continue bringing our kids here each year the general lack of maintenance is a safety hazard.

Great location

This place was very nice and worked great for our group. One bedroom is on the first floor with just a half bath. We had a few repair issues but once we found the number to call, the repairman came right away. He fixed the door lock and code as we were not able to get in upon arrival. He fixed a towel bar in one of the bathrooms, but it came off again the next day. The night before we left the hot water heater went out, so we did not have hot water that night or the next morning. We called about this the morning we left. The grill could use a good cleaning and the kitchen needs a few more glasses, we bought some and left them there. The property is very nice and in a great location! Just a short drive to Port St. Joe. We would go there again.

Fantastic location, mediocre home

We spent Fall Break at the Reflections beach home with 2 adults and 5 kids ages 8-17. We loved the location on the Cape and the beach front location. It was perfect for the kids to come and go from the house. The inside of the home appeared fairly clean at first entry. The lower bedroom is adequate for kids, but would have been disappointing to any adults with no view and only a half bath. The upstairs bunk room was great for kids with a bunk bed and a full bed. The bathrooms could be updated, but are adequate for washing up. The oldest teens were happy with the main level bedroom and en suite bathroom. The kitchen met our needs for preparing breakfast and lunch daily and we were able to find all supplies we needed. I was happy to have a combo coffee maker/kurig style pot for coffee. The outdoor furniture was updated and we enjoyed our time on the porches. The area is quiet and the beach front was wonderful. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would recommend some upgrades to the home, especially bathrooms, to elevate the experience.
