One of the standout features of Beach Haven is its unique floor plan, offering a private balcony off the primary bedroom the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking one of WindMark`s peaceful ponds or unwind after a day at the beach.

The open-concept living area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy. Large windows bring in natural light and create a bright, welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.

Guests will have private access to the entire home during their stay, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces. You`ll enjoy full use of the fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, spacious backyard overlooking the pond, and the private balcony off the primary suite.

* The garage is accessible for golf cart storage and charging.
* Some owner supply closets may remain locked and are not accessible to guests.
* Community amenities are maintained by the HOA and are subject to occasional closures or maintenance without notice.

The Neighborhood

Beach Haven is located in the beautiful **WindMark Beach** community along Florida`s Forgotten Coast, where coastal charm, family-friendly amenities, and peaceful surroundings come together to create the perfect vacation destination.

During your stay, you`ll enjoy access to **two community pools**, miles of scenic walking and biking trails, playgrounds, and multiple beach boardwalks that make getting to the sugar-white sand and Gulf waters easy. Whether you`re spending the day relaxing by the pool, taking a golf cart ride through the neighborhood, or watching the sunset on the beach, WindMark offers something for every age.

The community is also home to the WindMark Village Center, featuring restaurants, shopping, and gathering spaces, while the historic downtown of Port St. Joe is just a short drive away with additional dining, boutiques, and local attractions.

**Please Note:** Beach Haven is located in one of WindMark`s newest phases. As the community continues to grow, you may occasionally see or hear nearby construction during normal daytime working hours. Our nightly rates have been adjusted accordingly, and we appreciate your understanding as this beautiful neighborhood continues to expand.


Please review the following information before booking your stay at Beach Haven:

* Guests must be **25 years of age or older** to book this home. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay.

* The maximum occupancy for this home is **8 guests**. This includes adults, children, and infants.

* **No parties, events, or large gatherings** are permitted.

* **No pets** are allowed.

* Quiet hours are **10:00 PM – 8:00 AM** in accordance with community guidelines.

* The included **6-seat golf cart** is provided as a guest amenity. Drivers must be **16 years of age or older and possess a valid driver`s license.** The golf cart must remain within the WindMark community, may not be driven on Highway 98, sidewalks, or the beach, and should be returned to the garage and placed on the charger whenever it is not in use.

* Parking is available in the driveway only. **Street parking is prohibited** by the HOA.

* For your safety and the security of the property, the home is equipped with a **Ring doorbell camera** at the front entrance and an **exterior Ring camera** overlooking the backyard. These cameras record the exterior only. **There are no interior cameras or recording devices.**

* Beach Haven is located in a growing section of WindMark Beach. You may occasionally see or hear construction during normal daytime working hours as new homes are being built.

* Community amenities, including pools, trails, playgrounds, and beach access points, are maintained by the HOA. While we expect them to be available during your stay, temporary closures for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

For the safety and security of our guests and home, Beach Haven is equipped with two exterior Ring security cameras:
A Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance.
An exterior Ring camera overlooking the backyard.
To help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow these house rules:
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required prior to check-in.
A signed rental agreement is required before arrival.
All guests must complete the required check-in form before check-in instructions are provided.
No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted.
The home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests at any time. This includes daytime visitors unless approved in advance.
No pets are allowed.
Street parking is not permitted. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway.
The golf cart may only be operated by licensed drivers who are 16 years of age or older.
The golf cart has a maximum capacity of 6 passengers. Do not exceed this limit.
Do not hang off, stand on, or ride on the outside of the golf cart while it is in motion.
When not in use, the golf cart must remain parked in the garage and plugged in to charge.
Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care, and be respectful of our neighbors by following all community rules and observing quiet hours.
Failure to follow these house rules may result in additional fees, termination of your stay without a refund, and/or charges for any damages or violations incurred.
