The home and property was even better than advertised. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable. We will stay here again!
Nothing Forgotten at this Forgotten Coast Property!
Amazing 10 days at this uniquely decorated property! Kitchen meets all cooking needs, including baking homemade bread! Comfy beds to relax after a day of adventures! Sunrises over the bay were gorgeous! We will never forget our first visit to Cape San Blas and this unforgettable property! We will be back!
This was our first time to Cape San Blas and we loved it thanks to this adorable home! Plenty of space, well appointed and fun décor with a great little yard for our small dog and private dock. Only a short walk to the beach and market. We will definitely be back!
We had a great time scalloping and fishing. The location is perfect. Clean, well equipped and very fun decorations. Property manager communication was great. We'll be back!
The property was the cleanest I’ve stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware. It was a great location for all ages of our group (5-45 years). We had easy dock access for scalloping in the bay and close beach access. So much to enjoy on Cape San Blas!
Property is just as pictures show. Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Just the vacation spot we needed. Easy contact with the host. Wine and chocolates a nice touch. Enjoyed the local restaurant s as well Would definitely recommend this 100%
My daughter and grandson and I had a wonderful late birthday s getaway. The place was so serene with lovely views of the bay, tastefully and functionally decorated. Close to beaches and several restaurants which offered a variety of fresh seafood . Highly recommend.
Loved it all - sunrises, boat dock, yard for dog, view from porch, awesome kitchen...especially the blender (we're getting a Ninja now!!), clean house, well-equipped, near Slullys and Trading Post. The gumbo @ Skully's is the reason they're Yelp's #1 seafood place in Florida!
Bay Watchin Too is a great place. We’ve been coming to the Cape every year for the last 15 years and this is one of the coolest, cleanest places we have ever stayed. Great Bay views and a dock for your boat! Homes on both sides are full time residences with very friendly homeowners.Tyler is a great host. Highly recommend Bay Watchin too
This 3 bedroom house has a great view of the bay and accesses a dock that leads right out over the water. Stunning sun rises. The house is recently renovated. Everything is clean and in excellent condition and is furnished with high-quality furniture, kitchenware, plates, and even spices and oils for cooking. Memory foam toppers on the beds. Tyler the owner is splendid to communicate with.
I had a wonderful staycation (I live an hour away). In spite of not getting on the water, maybe even better to have the down time in this wonderful house. Every single thing about it- decor, outdoor spaces (shower and tub!), porch, dock, perfect kitchen- enabled me to completely relax and appreciate the beauty of the cape. I hope to stay here again in 2024.
Loved this stay. Great house, super clean, fantastic location 10 min walk to the beach. Kitchen was better stocked than any other vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Deck overlooks bay with beautiful views and a gorgeous sunrise. The dock out to the water is perfect for kayaks. Our pup loved the yard.
My only feedback is to add blackout blinds in the bunk room because the afternoon sun blasts through the window, making nap time bright.
Tylor was great to work with.
We’d stay here again!
Loved it all - sunrises, seashells, fishing, great kitchen, clean house, well-equipped. This was our third trip to Cape San Blas we loved the house it was close to our favorite fishing spot.
Tylor was great to work with.
The WIFI went out because of a storm the night before we arrived. He bought a different box to make sure we had internet and came by to check to make sure it was working.
We would stay again!!!
This beautiful rental was true to pictures and well situated on the peninsula just minutes from the park. We enjoyed sunrise and moonrise over the bay from the lovely dock. We enjoyed several trips on our paddle board right off the dock and around Pig Island. We saw lots of fish, rays, turtles, and egrets. The outdoor shower was a great bonus with privacy, hooks for our towels and gear, and enough space to wash down the paddle boards. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and comfortable beds and linens. So nice to arrive to a bottle of bubbly and some coffee from the hosts. Trading post and fish market are just across the street for anything one may need.
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. It was nice having the back deck overlooking the bay to catch beautiful sunrises. I took my kayak and was able to get in the crystal clear water from the dock that goes out from the back yard. Saw lots of redfish swimming around and sea trout jumping while I was paddling around. The kids enjoyed paddle boarding in the bay and seeing tons of hermit crabs and other sea life.
Accommodations were great. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen well-equipped. Had a little internet issue, and the owner came to help within 15 minutes. Great guy.
Would definitely recommend this property.
Great little house! Decorated really nicely, very comfortable, and a very well equipped kitchen. Especially loved the outside shower and clawfoot tub space. It does have a dock that you can tie your boat off to just of course be mindful of tides -- our small small Whaler that draws about 12" couldn't get back to the dock at low tide--you just have to time it right and there is a small channel of deeper water marked w pvc. Only drawback is the 10 AM EST check out--i found it slightly difficult to get all the sheets off, trash out, dishes cleaned and put away by that time. I would have appreciated 11 am to give enough time to take care of all that without being rushed. Nonetheless i would recommend staying here for sure!
The property was as described. It was clean, quiet, and contained all the essentials to a weeklong stay. The sunrise view off the back porch was picture perfect.
We are an avid boating family. The following feedback is not negative but factual for others looking to bring their boat on vacation. The bay is not accessible at all tide levels from the property’s dock if you draft more than 10”. For this reason we trailered our 21’ bayboat to the state park ramp daily. When we finished boating for the day, the rental property’s parking areas was large enough to wash and store the boat when not in use.
Tylor was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We enjoyed our time on the Cape and look to make another trip.
