  • SWEETWATER is a beautiful, newly refurnished 1st tier home, 3 bedrooms, screened porch, dining deck, close access to a large solar heated community pool and beautiful Cape San Blas. The home is well-appointed with new furnishings, electronics and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end cookware and knives - making dinner a breeze! Sweetwater features beautiful Gulf views, a wonderful screened porch and 2 open sun decks. It is only steps to either the white sands of Cape San Blas or the large community pool. Both are accessible via the convenient walkway. Community rules will only allow 8 guests in this beach home.
