  • Explore Port Sanilac from our fully renovated home! Walk to downtown shops, dine at local restaurants, or visit the nearby beach just 3 minutes away. Discover history at the Sanilac County Historic Village & Museum, steps from your door. Enjoy modern comforts like a washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious fridge/freezer. Ideal for a relaxing getaway or cultural exploration.

    Downtown Port Sanilac is walking distance!
    HOUSE RULES:

    - Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
    - All furniture must be put back where it is found!
    - No Shoes on while inside the home
    - Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
    - Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
    - Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
    - You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
    - Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
