Inside, the home features generous living spaces with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The open layout creates a welcoming atmosphere for gathering together, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy and convenient during your stay. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.

Located in a great area of Port St. Lucie, the home offers convenient access to beautiful beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, nature preserves, and local attractions. Whether you`re visiting for a family vacation, golf trip, business travel, or a relaxing escape, this home provides the perfect balance of comfort, space, and location.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS.

NO SMOKING in the house or anywhere near the pool.

Quiet Hours are between 11 pm and 7 am. Please be respectful of this time, as we have neighbors.

No parties are allowed on the property.

When using the BBQ grill. Please pull the grill away from the house wall when using it to prevent smoke damage or possible fires.

Check-In: Anytime after 4 pm
Check-Out: By 10 am

Please respect the check-out time, as we require sufficient time to clean and prepare the house for the next guest.

Upon leaving please lock all doors and place key back into key box. Turn the Air Conditioning up to 78 degrees upon leaving please. We like to conserve energy when possible.

Please note the garage itself is off limits to guests. You will have access to the widened driveway during your stay, which provides ample space for your vehicles.

There is a shed in the backyard that is also off-limits to the guest.
