This is my first VRBO stay. I work in the hospitality industry, so I know what I'm talking about when I speak of the hosts property and communication. This is a cute little house in an outstanding location.. traffic was never an issue any time of day. The house was spotless. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean as well as the kitchen. The air conditioner worked quite well and kept the house very cool. The faucets and toilets function properly. The washer and dryer was convenient.. we did use some of the beach towels but we washed and folded those prior to our leaving. The neighbors were very friendly and spoke often as we were walking our dog. There were two televisions that included peacock and Netflix although we did not use the televisions much. When I return, and I will.. I won't even bother looking at other properties (of course that's if I'm welcome back). I traveled with two other adults and they enjoyed this day as well. Both indicated that their beds were perfectly comfortable. I live with occasional bulging and herniated discs. The bets were perfect for my needs. I could go on and on, but I need to text the owners to let them know that I have checked out. I also need to get on the road which makes me very sad. If you're considering this area, I think you'd be perfectly fine choosing this accommodation. It's not the Ritz, but it doesn't need to be. It is clean, sensible South Florida accommodations and lovely hosts.
