- Built in 2023 in Tradition, one of Port St. Lucie's most walkable communities. The home opens into a bright great room with a full kitchen and a covered lanai off the back, good for morning coffee or evening card games.
The primary suite has a king bed, a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity, and a walk-in closet. A second bedroom shares a full hall bath. Washer and dryer in the home. Central air throughout.
The location is the real draw. Twelve minutes to Cleveland Clinic Tradition. A short drive to Tradition Square, with restaurants, a Saturday farmers market, and regular community events. Twenty-five minutes to the beaches, and easy access to I-95 and the Turnpike.
