"Having just completed my third trip to The Reefs I can honestly say that they have mastered the art of having a perfect resort in Bermuda. Staff were above and beyond nice and helpful. The food menus were refreshed and fantastic. And as always the beach was Five Star the best ever. Unfortunately the costs of travel to Bermuda have skyrocketed so what used to be an annual trip now becomes every other year trip. This was trip # 25. Kudos to the Team at The Reefs ..... you are all Five Star perfectionists !"

"Ralph and Julie were wonderful and knowledgable hosts. They were very responsive to all our questions before we arrived as well as during our ten day stay. The efficiency unit is exactly described and the AC was exceptional in keeping the place comfortable. It was nice to have a stovetop with oven, sink, a full refrigerator, microwave and single cup (grounds) coffeemaker. We used the Weber grill outside the unit to cook our filet minion steaks, lobster tails and shrimp and enjoyed many dinners outside watching the fabulous sunsets over the ocean. (Hint: we brought our quality frozen meat and fish in an insulated bag with freezer packs in our checked luggage (we have done this several times) because the price here, if you can even find it -very unlikely- would be many times more). There is a well stocked supermarket nearby but they did not have the food we brought. All in all, we are certain to return to this wonderful property."

"An Absolutely Amazing Stay!From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the hospitality was absolutely amazing! The cottage was beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, and gave us the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time in Bermuda.Thomas was an incredible host and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. One of the things that stood out the most was his personal touch. He picked fresh, locally grown avocados for us, as well as fresh local lemons that he had picked himself. Those thoughtful gestures made us feel welcomed and truly appreciated as guests.You can tell that Thomas takes pride in his cottage and genuinely cares about the experience his guests have. The hospitality, communication, and attention to detail from start to finish were exceptional.If you're looking for a place to stay in Bermuda, look no further! This will absolutely be the only place I stay whenever I return to Bermuda. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the island.Thank you, Thomas, for making our Bermuda stay so memorable. "I had an amazing stay in Southampton. Wendell and his family were absolutely wonderful hosts. They are incredibly welcoming and kind and will help you with anything you might need. The property is so convenient, with a bus stop right across the street, restaurants nearby, and also a little store for drinks/snacks, etc. The private beach is a dream and I had it all to myself almost every time I went down there (there is a resort next door whose guests also have access but I saw only 4 other people in 5 days). Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were provided as well. Wendell knows everything there is to know about Bermuda and the room also has a number of maps, guides, and photography books. It really felt like a home away from home and I'd go back in a heartbeat."

"Our family of 3 stayed here for 10 days during a very hot Bermuda summer. The place was nice for the most part and conveniently located near bus stops, a hiking trail as well as a gorgeous water view. A few unexpected things were the rocks on the waterfront are VERY sharp and my daughter cut her foot open twice, so water shoes are a must. We weren't aware that the drinking water provided was limited (was not communicated to us), though the owner did provide 1 extra bottle at no cost (as the policy was not disclosed), it was not a lot of water to provide for 10 days/3 people and a inconvenient to carry water from the grocery stores on a bus in extreme heat. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen, bathroom looks relatively modern. Netflix was having issues so we didn't use it. Wifi was strong. The teapot is actually a small one cup keurig and the toaster is a function on the air fryer. The hosts are nice and polite. Southampton is a lovely parish, close to beaches, but there is some traffic noise during rush hours from the house."

"The room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and thoughtful—he even left us coffee and water on the table to get us started.The room has a large refrigerator and a washer/dryer combo, which was honestly one of my favorite things! The machine is incredibly quiet—you can barely hear it while it’s running at night. The location is also great. Church Bay is just down the road, about a 2-minute walk to the beach. You can also easily take the bus to Horseshoe Bay, which is only about two stops away. Horseshoe Bay is absolutely beautiful—one of the best beaches we’ve ever been to! The water was warm, clear, and amazing.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"
