"We loved everything about this hotel. Staff were super friendly and always looking to help with anything and everything, from the front desk to servers in the restaurants to housekeeping. Rooms were spacious, clean, nicely decorated and updated and the views were outstanding (we had pool view, but all rooms seem to also have a great ocean view). Food was delicious at Coconuts and Solaris and the included breakfast was extensive. The private beach is beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We were at the Reefs during Hurricane Imelda and the owners and staff were excellent - everything very well communicated and managed, so much so that the storm seemed like a non-event in hindsight. Bermuda is a beautiful island in so many ways and we hope to go back soon. "

"In 1975 we honeymooned in Bermuda and stayed at a guest cottage. For or 50th we wanted to stay at a similar property. Bermuda Connection could not have been more perfect. Host Sabrina welcomed us like we were family dropping in. Due to the fact we were squeezing in only 2 days while our cruise ship was docked she used her vast local knowledge to not only make the most of our time but arranged to have a dedicated taxi driver scheduled for our needs. She brought a whole new meaning to hospitality due to her sincere desire to make sure our stay would be a true memory. Clean, quiet, handy to whatever one might want to see or do.
