Clean rooms, front desk person was friendly and courteous along with attentive. The lady that prepared breakfast was also kind. Along with the housekeeper Erica was also friendly and kind. The whole staff works well together and will make your stay enjoyable. I am planning on returning.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites New Tampa I-75 by IHG
The rooms were exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, the only negative is the slow elevator, nothing drastic though. The staff especially Jeremiah were wonderful and the added bonus of a free Ice cream each night was the cherry on top. I’d choose this establishment again every time.
