Nicely furnished and renovated home in a Family-friendly, safe and quiet neighborhood. close to New Port Richey downtown, Hospitals, Starkey Ranch, lots of shopping and restaurant options. 20-30 minutes away from Tarpon Springs, Weeki Wachee Spring State Park, Sunset Beach and Honeymoon Island. The guests will have the entire house of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to themselves. The property is cleaned and set up with care as I would clean it for my own family.

Good location to where I needed to be. Nice neighborhood for walking. Host was very responsive when I had questions.

Was not certain if the roof had issues or not. Tarp material still on it. There is an electrical issue with the microwave. It is on the same circuit as the living room with the "fireplace" under the TV. You cannot have all these devices running at the same time or the circuit will trip. Microwave should be on a circuit by itself. Bathroom doors are hard to open and close. Master bath sink runs slow. The living room and dining areas have been updated and are nice. Garage door needs some work. It'll eventually get there. Just needs a little more work.
